Ganesha - 12 x 16

Ganesha is a deity worshipped by Hindus to bless new beginnings and transformations.

As the story goes, Ganesha's head was severed and replaced with elephant head to teach humility and honor new beginnings by Lord Shiva.

Since I created a more disciplined routine with a fresh mindset this year, I wanted to do a piece on Ganesha for my new beginning. Ganesha is also a popular figure among artists across India.

This is a 12x16 canvas painted using acrylic paints.
