Devi - The divine feminine - 16 x 20

This is my second painting in "Reverence" to divine that has been guiding me in my journey. Devi represents the divine feminine energy, which is creativity, compassion, inner wisdom, it is ever nurturing and is required to balance all the out-worldly doing.

Traditionally Goddess Durga is worshipped to create balance in doing and being, outside and inside. Sit with the goddess inside you for introspection and bring courage, wisdom and creativity in life.

This is a mixed-media painting created using fluid art techniques with acrylic paints, acrylic and alcohol ink markers, done on a 16x20 gallery wrapped canvas.
